The funeral was organised well and the lady dealing with our family, Tricia McCumesky, was very thorough, friendly and helpful all the way through from start to finish. Excellent customer care from her, not to mention Andy Sales who was helpful on the day.

I am delighted with the service that I have received. I was helped through the entire process with genuine kindness and empathy and the day itself went extremely well.
The presentation of the flowers, cars and staff was immaculate and I feel that my mother had a wonderful send off and I can't thank the staff enough for their excellent work.

From the moment I contacted Trish at Co-op Funeralcare, High Lane, the service, thoughtfulness and professional care was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for her to organise.

On the day of mum's, Barbara Caudwell's, funeral, Andy and his team were superb and so respectful. They were extremely kind and patient with the six grandchildren who chose to carry their grandma's coffin.
The overall service we received was 100%. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used the Co-op Direct Cremation service, firstly for my youngest Son and now his Mother. A sad and dreaded time when a loved one passes away, a time when help is welcomed to face the enormity of the occasion and ease the pain which the Co-op team have thankfully given me.

The Co-op team did such an amazing job of organising Dave's funeral. It was such a difficult time for us but the Co-op High Lane branch ensured the planning was easy. The Meir team did such a brilliant job on the day itself making sure it went smoothly.
The team were so professional, friendly and compassionate and were so good with Dave's young grandchildren.

All staff looked after us extremely well. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us time to chat to people after the crematorium service and were happy to let us listen to Mum’s favourite song which we had chosen to play at the end of the service. Very helpful and empathetic on first contact by telephone with Patricia. Appointment to discuss requirements and subsequent telephone contact easy to arrange. Provided some helpful suggestions and made us feel comfortable about our own unique ideas about the crem service itself. Flexible regarding any changes to initial decisions over the couple of weeks leading up to the crematorium appointment. The arrangements on the day of the cremation were carried out with dignity, discretion and care by James and his team and left us feeling that we'd honoured Andy's memory and given him a good sendoff.

There is obviously a good team at Coop High Lane Funeralcare and although I've mentioned two people specifically I would like to thank all involved for an excellent, caring and faultless job on our behalf.

My sister had a Silver Plan with Co-op Funeralcare and it was a very helpful, comprehensive basis on which to plan her funeral. My wife and I were very impressed with Mrs McCumesky's attention to detail and kind, caring attitude when we met her. She responded extremely quickly to confirm the funeral arrangements and our dealings with her thereafter were always pleasant and efficient. The care Co-op Funeralcare took in advance to rehearse the route to the crematorium and church in view of a major road closure was equally impressive. In advance and on the day, Zoe was a kind and thoughtful funeral director while the funeral car was quiet and very comfortable. We are very grateful to all at Co-op Funeralcare for their kind support at a naturally difficult time.

Trish and Andrew at High Lane were truly excellent. At an obviously difficult time they make everything very simple and everything progresses very smoothly. If you've never arranged a funeral before they lead you by the hand and ensure nothing is forgotten, whilst at the same time being very aware of your wishes.
James and his team on the day were superb. Beautifully turned out and superbly professional, they made it the classiest funeral I've ever been to.

Nothing was to much trouble for Trish and Andy even with a hiccup it was a most perfect tribute to my husband
A small thing could have been better organised the order of service should be at the church for when the guests started to congregate other than that I would recommend the High Lane care and consideration to all

From the minute we walked into the High Lane store it was amazing. Everything was made so easy for us. Trish was amazing as was Andy and the team on the day. The only downfall was the flowers.
