Ben Lloyds Funeral Care went above and beyond what could be expected to allow my mother's funeral to take place on time. There were huge delays caused by the hospital or Register office during which time Jennie and Chris were doing everything within their powers to get some feedback as to why we were experiencing these delays. At all times they remained sympathetic and dignified in all our dealings with them.
The funeral itself could not have run smoother. Jennie went to the lengths of delving through their archives to eventually find the name of the Celebrant who had conducted my Mother-In-Law's funeral several years earlier. I will never forget the beautiful way they took care of my mother in their own premises when I went to see her there. The dignity and respect shown on the day itself was faultless. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services to anyone.

The staff at Ben Lloyd were supportive, professional and efficient. They were also very sympathetic and made me feel they shared my sorrow. 
The Water Hyacinth casket and flowers were beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for more.
Mum looked wonderful, a positive last image of her.

It all comes down to the people - all were understanding, kind, sympathetic and, equally important, all were good at their jobs. Everything went to plan, everything was on time and we were gently guided into making the right choices about important decisions for the funeral arrangements. They also engaged an excellent vicar who gave a warm, accurate portrait of my wife. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to have lost a loved one.

The ladies at Ben Lloyds Cheadle Hulme are beyond amazing. They truly made a heartbreaking time much easier. I don’t know what we would of done without them. No problem was too big or too small. They were always available to talk to or to answer an email. This is not a job to them but a vocation.

The staff were really caring even taking into account that I had chosen a Direct Cremation. They asked all about my dad's life which I felt was over and above what I had expected. I was kept informed and was asked on a couple of occasions if I was doing okay and needed any assistance with anything.

Chris and the team were great in what is obviously a very difficult situation. She guided me through every Step. Mike the celebrant was also brilliant at making the funeral uplifting and not sad.
