I would like to say ‘thank you’ to Andrea for her support and kindness shown to us during difficult times on the death of my mother.
The funeral was handled with care and dignity and was most fitting for the occasion.
I would like to thank Andrea for recommending Liz Morrell to be our celebrant. She was marvellous and comforting.

I cannot thank the staff enough,they were so kind and understanding. I lost my father a few days before Christmas and l couldn't cope. The staff were amazing not pushy at all. On the day of the funeral everything was explained to me and when brilliantly. I honestly don't know what l would have done without the advice from the perfessional staff.

We would like to thank all the staff at Ben Lloyd's for the service they provided. From our initial meeting with Chris we realised that they would look after our much loved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother with the care and attention we would want. Not only that, but they provided us with support and guidance in the decisions we needed to make. Andrea kept in touch constantly to make sure things ran smoothly and on the day of the funeral it couldn't of gone better.
They also helped us by recommending a minister (Christian) who gave a very sincere and heartwarming service.

Our Funeral Director Chris was superb!  She guided us through everything and kept in regular contact throughout.  She was kind and caring and extremely professional.  The Funeral Celebrant she recommended was also superb. Our loved one was treated with the utmost respect and the funeral itself was exactly as we wanted thanks to Chris and her colleagues on the day.  We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received.

From the first phone call, all of the staff, but especially Christine Malley gave me such a lot of support, advice, guidance and expertise. I felt supported, not pressured in any way. Christine went to a lot of trouble to make sure that arrangements were just as I wanted. At a difficult time, the warmth and humanity I experienced from all of the staff made such a difference.Christine in particular, literally held my hand and led me through the funeral. I would also commend Harry and Erin who showed such respect and dignity when taking my husband’s body from home. My heartfelt thanks to you all.
