The caring, friendly professionalism support shown in arranging my mother's service was outstanding,nothing was too much trouble.
I was guided through the forms and the new process was explained with kindness.
The respect shown towards my Mum , was incredible.
The day showed respect for all the funeral party,and we as a family were treated with dignity.
Phone calls added the extra personal touch . I felt guided and informed throughout the whole way .

I was extremely pleased with the service recently provided by Ben Lloyd Funeralcare in Cheadle Hulme.   They dealt with my mother’s funeral and were at all times dignified, caring, and approachable, yet totally professional.  I could not have asked for more.

Ben Lloyds of Cheadle Hulme listened to our ideas for my wife’s funeral in a patient and unhurried manner making suggestions where necessary. Sue my wife was an avid lover of cats and instead of flowers wanted a cat made up of flowers as the only decoration on the coffin. Being a member of the Co-Op Ben Lloyd had access to wide resources and 
was able arrange this request. What a brilliant job Grestys florist (Donna) made of the large Tabby cat. The humanist service by Cathy Gordon was just right and the Celebration of life at Bramhall Golf Club was perfect and again presided over by Toby the cat who is now still standing guard on my patio. I think Sue would be really pleased with how Ben Lloyd was able to bring everything together to bring about the funeral Sue wanted and deserved. Many thanks to all concerned.

From start to finish, the care attention given by Andrea&Christine was handled with utmost sincerity and efficiency. Every aspect of the day of the service was managed perfectly by Zoe - we could not have hoped for anything better to give mum the send she’d have wanted. The choice of Mike as the celebrant could not have been bettered. Overall a wonderful service on a both happy & sad occasion.

The team at Ben Lloyds Funeralcare made sure that my Grandad’s funeral service was perfect. They couldn’t do enough for my family, made sure we were alright from the beginning of the arrangements and even contacted me a few days after the service to check in and see if we’re ok. The thoughtful care and attention to make sure Grandad’s funeral was a celebration of his life was so much appreciated.
