From the moment I rang and spoke to Emma, Laithwaites could not have been kinder or more efficient. We had a sudden death so delays with coroner but still wanted to organise a service for closure before Christmas. Mark was wonderfully supportive and understanding and made the process really easy. We were looked after from start to finish with compassion and care. 
Everything went perfect on the day and I can’t  thank mark and his team enough for the service laithwaites provided. We had horses  and carriage and it was beautiful. The Scottish piper was excellent. And everything from start to finish was faultless.

I went to Laithwaites because they looked after the funeral of my mum in Jan 2019 and treated her with dignity and respect all the time they looked after her. They have not failed me, they carried out a wonderful funeral for my husband, Ralph Garner. Mark and his team were really helpful from the beginning to the end. Always at the end of the phone if I needed them, helpful and the service was perfection. A lovely send off for a brilliant man.
