The whole process from start to finish was made absolutely perfect by the amazing staff at B Johnson funeral care .
The arrangers Kate and Natalie were lovely ,they went out of their way to make the day of the funeral perfect .
Colin the funeral director conducted the proceedings like clockwork, he is very professional whilst still displaying empathy .
Altogether a great experience , thanks to you all .

No amount of words could say how pleased we were with the care, understanding and dedication all your staff showed during our sad loss. From the guys who came to collect my mum all the way through to her final journey there was nothing too big or small that the staff wouldn’t undertake for us. Special thanks to kate she was amazing. I would strongly recommend you to anyone in their time of loss.

We can't thank Kate and Nat enough for their support during a very difficult and emotional time.
As a family, we were treated with tenderness, sympathy, and patience. We were never rushed into making a decision, but somehow, every meeting with their support, we were able to agree on some detail, no matter how small.

Started off quite efficient but immediately my father was brought to this funeral parlour we had issues. My sister asked to view him and was not warned of the condition he was in and was therefore very upset and shocked to see him.  The week he was there was so hot and we were told that there were no refrigerator facilities at this premises, had we been informed of this we would not have used this undertakers, why you are using the premises in these conditions is unbelievable. At the funeral my relatives carried my father’s coffin and the only time the undertakers did anything was to lift and lower the coffin into the grave which when they did they dropped the coffin ! Finally I have been asked for a form of burial which Johnsons reassured me they were in possession of and would give to the church officials, I have been asked by church whether I have this form.  I phoned the undertakers straight away and they said they would look into this, I haven’t heard anything back now and will have to phone again.  I would not like any other family to go through the same as we have and I would like to be contacted by yourselves to clarify this situation.
