Colin helped with arrangements, he was very polite, respectful & helpful with any advice that we needed. As Derek’s funeral was a little unusual as we wanted him to go on a back of a skip truck which belonged to the family including Derek, Colin advised & helped my brother sort out necessary arrangements for it to be a safe environment for Derek’s coffin on the back. Mel & Dawn were also very helpful & kind when members of the family wished to visit Derek at the funeral home, explaining things to us & making us feel at ease. I thought the nicest thing , when I visited Mel told us that dad was check on in the morning & who ever checked said Good morning to dad & who ever checked last thing at night said Good Night Derek…. These little things mean a lot !! Thank you soo much x

R.E Jones staff Dawn & Colin gave excellent communication and were very empathetic and understanding to our needs. Due to the circumstances of my mother's death, the funeral took a longer time than we anticipated. And there was lots of waiting between the coronor and funeral home Salford facility and sale, this was difficult.

For feedback I do think there should be a longer time given between the church and the crematorium as it was very rushed and we had to skip on of my mums requested songs, and some people attending were still parking and we were in and out in 5 minutes this rush was not nice when that is the hardest part of the funeral.
Overall very good.Thank you
