Both my parents funerals have been dealt with by Co-op in Sale in last 2 months. The service offered was excellent with the perfect blend of sympathy and efficiency. All information was provided promptly and accurately. I hopefully will not require again but I would thoroughly recommend this service.

They helped us in every way they possibly could.
They even put my sons nickname on his nameplate, which I didn't ask them to, but was so happy when I saw it. It wasn't something I thought was possible. It meant a lot to us. My son would have been happy with it too.

Wonderful support all the way through from Julie and on the day from Francesca. Couldn’t have asked for more on helping us through this difficult time. Christian as the celebrant was super and carried out the service beautifully.  Thank you all round.

The ladies I dealt with at Co-op were a credit to the organisation. Julie, Gina and Francesca were all exceptional. They treated our family with warmth and sensitivity and it made it so much easier for me. I am extremely grateful and would whole heatedly recommend them. The Celebrant Christian was also absolutely amazing and his interpretation of our notes regarding dad was exceptional. It was as if he had known him! Thank you all, it really is appreciated.

I had to chase the funeral director numerous times the day before as we had not heard of them and had no idea what time we were being picked up or any logistics.  On the day the funeral director was 25 minutes late and we raced to the funeral. I rang her mobile numerous times but she did not answer my calls on the emergency mobile number she gave me! Not  much use in an emergency like it was when calls are not answered! My husband and I had to call the head office to get help as we were worried and panicking and the local office was constantly engaged.  It was very disrespectful, we raced to the crematorium- I hope nobody has the same experience as we had in the day. It was very disappointing and can honestly say I cannot recommend.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of Julie, Gina and Francesca. A difficult time was made much easier with their continued support. I was regularly contacted and made to feel that I could contact them with any query. The flowers were beautiful, the Order of Service was lovely and every aspect of the day of the funeral and the service just what we wanted and what Mum would have wished. I recommend Sale Co Op Funeral Service without any reservation.

Julie and Gina were so helpful both were kind and considerate nothing was too much trouble I went in initially to see Julie who was very professional very thorough and guided me through everything with ease I could call and ask any questions of either of them they were very easy to talk to 
and made a daunting task simple 
I’d like to thank them both for their time and their help I will definitely use Co op Sale again

We were disappointed that the original quote we received was wrong and a large item had been missed off, meaning that the funeral cost more than originally priced.  
We didn’t receive much help
with the order of service, just given a booklet. Our celebrant helped us with it and we were pleased with how it looked. 
Communication wasn’t great, regarding the order of service and also final plans. We had to chase both up. We didn’t receive a return phone call re final plans till around 3:30 the afternoon before. 
The cars were just over 5 mins late on the morning of the funeral, which isn’t a lot but caused our family a lot of anxiety at a difficult time. 
Francesca was very nice, calm and friendly.

The ladies at Marsland road we’re very helpful . The branch is small and I found it frustrating to arrive with his clothes & no one to be there. On ringing their number get central office where lots of questions & still no help . The time when he was in chapel was do short it was awkward to get in to see him fir those who wanted to . Also the time to leave the house was not given until very late afternoon the day before funeral . The actual day went very well .
