As a family we can’t recommend Rochdale funeral Care enough. 
We felt that we were in very good hands right from the start at this very sad and difficult time. 

 I’d like to thank Lois, Lorraine and Karen for being  professional, compassionate, kind and very helpful.

The loss of our very dear mum was made less painful because of the support we received from your wonderful team.

Sent me a email on the 11/01/24 telling me my dads cremation would be on the 19/01/24 when it was my mums cremation also told me they would ring me on the 18/01/24 to confirm my mums cremation the following day but never did and still don’t know when I can collect my mums ashes.

The team at Rochdale were exceptional and treated my father as if he was their own family. Lorraine and Joanna made the whole process as smooth as can be and where always there for any support required with regular updates. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them.

The staff were amazing when going through the worst time they regularly check up on us, guided us and was also really helpful and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better the support from themselves was amazing.
