From first to last all I encountered was concern, kindness and professional service. Every person in the team gave superb help and demonstrated real concern for my comfort and well being. Frequent phone calls reassured me about any (usually imagined) problem so that I felt completely confident that the funeral would be trouble free. That is exactly what it was ---- trouble free ---- and a wonderful comfort to me. Thank you.

Cannot thank Susie enough for her help and assistance throughout a difficult situation. She was extremely helpful and and understanding in what we had been asked to do. This type of funeral was new to our family and she helped us through what Thomas wanted and never questioned anything.

I chose Coop Funeral Care at Cutgate in Rochdale to organise the funeral arrangements for my Mum.
Mum had left clear instructions for a Direct Cremation and Susie, our Funeral Director could not have been more supportive and efficient from the very start. She talked me through the options and guided me through what a Direct Cremation would entail, checking in on me and Dad, who has Dementia, every step of the way. We were informed of the date and the place of Mum’s cremation so we could do something special on the day and that really helped with Susie ringing the day prior to ensure we were both okay. 
The very personal feel was really appreciated from the two young ladies who came to take away Mum’s body, right through to follow up phone calls, and Susie herself, could not have been more helpful and sympathetic in a time of great upset
It seems a little crass to talk about cost in such circumstances, but it’s a fact of life ( and death ) and I have to say, the Direct Cremation I purchased was very competitive and the service received was well worth the money.
I would whole-heartedly recommend the Coop Funeral Service at Cutgate and would like to publicly thank them for looking after Mum, myself and Dad in our hour of need and for alleviating a lot of stress. Thank you so much.

Susie at Cutgate Funeralcare did an excellent job of guiding my sister and myself through all the arrangements that were needed for Mum's funeral. She took a great deal of potential stress out of what is an very emotional time for everybody. Her suggestions worked very well and she quickly understood the type of funeral service we would like. 
On the day of the funeral our funeral director, Janet, ensured that everything ran very smoothly. We received many comments as to how Mum would have been proud of what we had done.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Cutgate Funeracare to other people.

Joanna was very professional, caring and compassionate. She looked after us during the whole process and especially on the day of the funeral.
Susie was very caring and compassionate. She looked after my Mum with great dignity, applied her makeup beautifully and painted her nails. She was very caring to all my family when we visited the Chapel of rest.
