I would just like say that I could not fault the service at all. Carly from the Failsworth Funeral office went above and beyond to make my mums funeral a very special day. She took a big weight off my shoulders as my dad was in hospital at the time so to think of organising such an emotional day was daunting so to have Carly was a blessing. Thank you so much

From the moment we made the appointment with Sam at the Failsworth branch all worries we had, questions we had and all arrangements which needed to be made were dealt with, Sam and David made this stressful / upsetting time so much easier to cope with.

From the very first meeting with Sam, I could not have asked for more. Kindness and professionalism are at the very heart of the service. 

I was guided through every step and I felt I could trust Sam to take the strain and stress I felt in organising my Auntie’s funeral.

Lois was wonderful. I have received so many lovely comments with regard to her beautiful demeanour and compassion. 

Overall I cannot say enough positive things

My parents took out a funeral package pre-paid and pretty much everything was taken care of.
