All the staff that we spoke to and also the ones who did the funeral for my mum were great.
Nothing was too much trouble, they conducted everything from start to finish with empathy and dignity

Wonderful, helpful and compassion thought the process. Would have given 5 stars had this email requesting a review not come less than a week after my Mum's funeral. Staff were excellent though.

I can not praise the AMAZING Team at Lansdowne funeral home enough.
Diana, Katie, Rebecca & David were exceptional, as well as the rest of the team behind the scenes who helped make our final goodbye so memorable.  
The guidance & support they gave us during one of our darkest times was incredible.
 We will be forever grateful for the professionalism, respect, dignity, care & attention to detail that this wonderful team gave when our family was lost in grief.
The fantastic care they took of our beloved dad was second to none, so much so, It felt like he was being cared for by family. 

They are ALL an absolute credit to their profession. 
Thank you doesn’t seem enough to express our gratitude.

I can highly recommend  Diana, Jessica and the team at Lansdowne Moston funeral care and the Co-op.
They have been amazing from start to finish. Guiding us all the way. We cannot thank them enough for all their advice and planning at this most difficult time. They constantly kept in touch to check if there was anything else they could help us with.  Thank you so much for giving my mum a wonderful send off and helping us get through this awful time.

What a beautiful send off our son, brother (in law), uncle, nephew and friend had. Right from the start the initial meeting to the actual funeral it couldn't have been any more perfect. Diana Warren has been most helpful & caring with regards to myself & my family.
She has kept me updated every step of the journey & has advised what steps to take & when to implement them; eg calling the coroners office as I wouldn't have known what to do without her.
On the day of my fathers funeral, Rebecca was lovely & assured me of what would happen at the crematorium. I appreciated the respect that was shown to my family & my father.
Thank you to everyone involved, they made a very difficult time a lot easier.
