Went to the so called experts, this was not the case. They was not aware of the cemetery rules did not bring our loved one back on the day they confirmed they would   A very disappointing experience one we would never like to re live.

From the moment we contacted the co-op at Salford the service was second to none. Michelle dealt with the funeral plan arrangements with the utmost courtesy and compassion and helped us get through what could have been a distressing time.  Connor also advised throughout the procedure we could expect to encounter. The actual funeral went very smoothly and we felt relieved that we did not have to put ourselves through the upset of making decisions for our beloved aunt whilst grieving as she had made the plans for her funeral through yourselves.

We received an outstanding service from our first appointment. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle and the team. They were caring, compassionate and extremely professional. They made an extremely distressing time for us as a family, so much easier to deal with. The funeral itself was perfect .
We have nothing but praise for the service we received, and the team that provided it.

your staffs Michelle and Charlie were very helpful explained all the procedures and took the problem from the family and sorted out
Charlie and Michelle are always caring understanding accommodative
and these 2 staffs are asset in your company and during my observation they attitude and manners towards the family is A class and many times they go out of their ways to help the bereaved family

Michelle was excellent throughout as was freddy when he covered her leave.only disappointment was complete lack of privacy (doorbell/phone ringing etc and Michelle having to deal with it) much more professional to use a private room with maybe tea/coffee offered ?

Freddie was professional and extremely helpful. He located a Celebrant who did my frriends funeral in Hyde and also when I joked about having a green coffin because it was mums favourite colour, he showed me a colour chart. The green coffin went down really well with my family and friends and was fab. Mums funeral was just as I wanted it to be with the help of Freddie. Michelle is also well worth a mention. Thanks to Freddie and Michelle.

I would have given an excellent review but there were initially a few admin issues with appts - overall everything I asked for was done including trying to find a vicar day before the funeral due to Covid - they dealt with the stress Freddie was really helpful

The funeral for my dad was extremely dignified. I appreciated how all the guests were treated with respect and that the staff were extremely empathetic and warm.
The planning was exceptional, I was treated with care and no question or request was too much.
Michelle and the staff at Co-Op funeral service let me plan with all the time I needed during a very difficult time.
Patricia the interfaith minister who spoke at the funeral service was an extremely proficient speaker who was gave a great Eulogy and truly captured my dad's character. She made all the guests grief feel understood.

We all met outside the venue, I am hard of hearing but I was still able to hear the music clearly to signal us to enter. Once the music came on from inside the venue it changed that song forever for me. It hasn't left my head for days.
