I can’t recommend Salford Funeracare highly enough.  Friendly and compassionate staff who are supportive and keep you fully informed throughout the whole process.  At such a difficult time  it is comforting to know that everything is being taken care of in a sensitive and professional way.

Every step in dealing with my brothers funeral, was extremely professional, a slight hiccup with paperwork from the coroner was rectified efficiently without any hassle.

Well where do I start don’t really have anything to compare to as it’s the first time I’ve had to require funeral services but these guys from start to finish couldn’t have been more thoughtful,professional and caring at such a sad time for us (Freddie and michelle) what special people you are did everything and beyond to make my dads service as simple for our family as humanly possible Thankyou so much for everything

Minimum contact. Minimum fuss. Simply completed the form. Told the date of the cremation. That was it. Heard no more. No time. No confirmation that the body had been collected. Still waiting for the ashes a week later.

Genuinely excellent from start to finish. Freddie and Michelle at the Cross Lane branch were attentive, flexible and knowledgeable at every step. The biggest compliment I could pay is that my mum would have been proud at how it went. Already suggested to my mob that I be booked in myself in for when I shuffle off.

From the first point of call Michelle, compassion caring and understanding. I must of drove her insane when I first made contact she had the patience of a saint. Peter who came to collect out of hours. Had the ability to read the atmosphere and adjust the conversation, and procedure to suit. Brilliant. Finally Freddie I can’t give enough praise he was the icing on the cake. Articulate, approachable, amenable. Thanks for taking all the pressure away. Great team!
