The service received from the first meeting with Holly to organising the funeral to the actual funeral was excellent. Holly was extremely patient, understanding, helpful, showed genuine empathy and was clearly knowledgeable and experienced with organising the best possible funeral for our loved one. Sorry to be writing this but I was very upset that I had been in and said certain things to be done for my dad and they wasn’t like for him to be cleaned shaved and he wasn’t he had a moustache which he has never had as he hated them they said there was a mark like he had had one but that of been because in the home he was in he had become aggressive with his illness so they might not of been able to shave him but I had clearly stated in the room when we come in I wanted him clean shaved so don’t know why this wasn’t done I was offered for it to be removed but that was to late as I was leaving from seeing him 😞 also I asked for the flowers to be in the Irish colours of green white and gold this also wasn’t done so that made me sad again as the last things I could do for him wasn’t right the DAD flowers were cream green ribbon round them and two yellow flowers one on the first D and on the last D …. Other than that everything was fine the lady who came to my dad’s funeral in the car was lovely and the driver of our hearse was so nice also bith a credit to the company

Always there for us through our most difficult time of loss.
Went way above and beyond duty.Always ready to listen nothing was too much trouble.
Funeral on the day was conducted most professional by Holly and her team with utmost respect giving us peace of mind and closure.

An amazing funeral for both Joseph Neil and his wife Renate, our parents, was organised and carried out by Holly and her colleagues at Leech's. All the family's requests were met and more. Staff are very friendly and supportive and all family members and friends were made to feel at ease during this difficult time. We couldn't have asked for any more. Wonderful. The follow up after the funeral was very thoughtful. Thank you so much to all of you. We are extremely grateful.

Hollie and Sam made the whole process go as easy as they could and i have used Leech's previously and they will always be the funeral home we use in times of need.
No job was too big or too small and they made sure that our family member was laid to rest with dignity :)

Leech’s funeral home Moss Side have been amazing, Holly and Sam went above and beyond with the care for my Dad George Palmer, who passed away in August. My Dad had a lovely send off with the help of both Sam and Holly they both kept in contact with me though a very difficult time and reassuring me everything would go to plan and it definitely did. Sadly I lost my Brother 5 years ago and again Holly was there to support us through that difficult time too. Thank you both for everything you did. Lynette x
