I can't even put into words how amazing all the staff are at coop funreal care. They go above and beyond, extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. They helped give my grandad the best send off and made everything perfect for the day, just the way we asked. Would highly recommend thier services.

Shannon came to see the family after dad sadly passed away. She was very professional and lovey. We didn't feel rushed at any point.
Shannon kept us updated and phoned regularly to see how we were doing. She always asked how mum was coping and doing.
The day of dad's funeral, Shannon was at the house a little before the service so we could say a final goodbye to dad. We know it's her job, but she is excellent at it in all ways. If funerals were lovely, then dad's certainly was. Nothing was too much trouble. From picking us up at home to taking us to dad's wake, she couldn't do enough for us. She is a credit to the profession.

All staff were very caring and respectful. Sarah and Shannon were both very friendly and helpful and listened to our wishes. Not pushy to encourage us to spend more as I have heard about other funeral directors.

I was impressed by the service I received from Sarah throughout the process and the people that carried out the funeral were all very professional and caring. My only disappointment was that a week before the funeral, after I had settled the bill, I was informed that there was an extra £297.00 to be paid as the coffin was slightly bigger to bury my mam.
