I found the support from Michelle - the general manager and her staff to be excellent. Throughought the whole process of organising our mother's funeral, while me and my sister were grieving, they guided us, were super supportive and understanding of the suddeness of our loss. We couldn't have asked for a smoother operation. I would highly recommend the services of the Co-op funeral care, especially the Chorlton branch, to anyone who asks!

The friendly, sympathetic and helpful service we received from Chorlton Funeralcare following the death of my Brother can only be described as excellent from start to finish. Michelle provided a sensitive and profession service throughout, setting us at ease and helping us to make the necessary choices, then organising a beautiful Funeral for my Brother. All the team were friendly and helpful throughout and we cannot speak highly enough of Michelle and the rest of the team at Chorlton Funeralcare.

The two ladies Venus and Michelle could not have been more professional. Nothing was too much trouble and really helped us through a difficult and complex time.
Our case involved bringing our brother back from Newcastle and obviously was not a straightforward funeral.

They were very caring and cannot thank them enough. Also their choice of humanist, Brendan Ryan also did a brilliant job.

Michelle and the team at Chorlton were excellent at every stage. They were sensitive, kind, supportive and humerus which was all very welcome. The funeral itself was handled with great care and respect and the family were reassured at every stage. We would like to say a huge thank you to Michelle and all the team at coop Chorlton for all their hard work, dedication and professionalism. They helped us give dad a wonderful farewell.

I found the co-op in Chorlton excellent I had a few ideas but they shaped them into a wonderful servece totally professional I had total confidence that they were doing everything spot on I defiantly would recommend them to anybody they man a horrible time manageable

I cannot thank Michelle and her team enough, for the help and support they provided throughout this difficult time. Michelle was professional, knowledgeable and overall brilliant with her handling of the whole process - from the moment we went into the office to book the funeral, to taking the pall bearers to the wake location. I would like to mention that Michelle went above and beyond when a family member had some flowers delivered to the office over the weekend when they were closed. Michelle advised us of this and told us we could collect it anytime. To our surprise, Michelle went back to the office and delivered them personally to recipient, who was at the wake. She didn't have to do that at all, but that just sums up how helpful Michelle was. Thank you Coop Funeral Care, your Chorlton office did you proud.
