Absolutely everyone I dealt with was empathetic, respectful and efficient. Without mentioning names, every member of staff went the extra mile to take the pressure off the family and make the whole process as painless as possible. Our wishes were listened to, and implemented, comprehensively. Although businesslike in their efficiency, at no point did I feel I was dealing with a faceless organisation, the people I met treated me as a friend without being overly familiar or insincere. Thank you so much.

I would like to thank Georgina and Lucy for their support. It has been a difficult time.  Holly on the day was amazing and was in control of everything.  Everything was perfect.  I did have my heart in my mouth when mum was being lowered in to the ground but it was ok.    Thank you.
