Chorlton Funeralcare helped us arrange and hold a very smooth and comforting funeral for my sister-in-law.  You don’t realise beforehand how little time you are going to have to get a lot of choices made and material prepared for a funeral: you have to move fast at a time when you are distressed and trying to accommodate different family views.  Chorlton Funeralcare’s first great skill was diplomatically and helpfully getting us to make all decisions at the right time.  Their second great skill was running everything on the day perfectly: unobtrusive, tactful and totally in control.  Michelle and Lucy are a great team, and very easy to work with.They took on special requests, and missed nothing.

From the very first phone call every single member of the Funeralcare team gave 5star service. They all were considerate and understanding. We were kept informed along the way ( and sometimes gently reminded of things that needed to be done).
A funeral is a terribly sad thing to organise but your team took a lot of the pain away. Thank you

Everyone at Chortlon funeralcare from the moment we rang and came in all the way through to my mums funeral and meeting afterwards were professional, friendly empathic and understanding in their approach to caring for my mum and our family. We were very glad that we chose them as our funeral directors and a big thank you to Michelle, Georgina and Lucy for all great care and support at such a difficult time. The fureral service was organised and went as smoothly as it possibly could because of them. The flowers were beautiful and the celebrant Alex did such a great job at putting together what can only be described as a lovely eulogy for our mum and really listened to what we said.

I cannot thanks the coop funeral care enough ; Michelle & Lucy from the chorlton branch was the best! They looked after my grandad and give him the best send off  ever and the communication between myself and the ladies was great.
