Very helpful company, helped to make the process of the funeral for my mum easy and hassle free. Dealt with sensitivity all the things that need to be sorted and were kind and respectful for the tough time it has been.
Would definitely recommend them and as much as I don't want to use them again for a while, we would look at them in the future.

Charles Robbs funeral care have been amazing. All the staff that I dealt with were lovely and have taken great care of my mum. The funeral it self was also lovely. I felt like I’d didn’t have to worry bout anything on the day.

Wendy was amazing on the day of burial, couldn’t ask for a better service, the arranging of the funeral could of and should of been handled better, coffin left off invoice in first instance meaning I needed to find even more money at the drop of the hat and then other “hidden costs” put me on the spot where a simple question would of avoided the situation! 

Charles robb buried both my parents and now my sister personally had no problems previously but this service had its hiccups from the offset and has altered my views of the directors
