Brilliant service from Claire and Zoe at the co op in levenshulme. I could not fault them from start to finish. I came here without any knowledge about funeral services. They both made the whole progress smooth for me, comfortable and I felt completely at ease. My mum would be of been so happy with the service you provided for me and a listening ear.
Claire is such a wonderful, delightful, and down to earth soul. I will never forget how you ladies supported me throughout my traumatic time. I couldn't of asked for a better funeral directors and most importantly better people.
Not forgetting Alyson the celebrant who delivered my mums service.

An excellent service!  From first point of contact with Claire, a welcoming and sympathetic greeting from Peter at the Chapel of Rest through to the day of the funeral with Andrew and his colleagues, who while remaining professional at all times showed a genuine warmth and a willingness to meet all our needs.Claire was very caring and efficient giving excellent advice whilst remaining friendly and sympathetic.

The planning and arrangements were dealt with sensitively by Claire. The funeral procession was conducted beautifully by Zoe and her colleagues at the Crematorium and they guided and supported the family throughout.

It was a pre-paid funeral and was pleasant dealing with Charles Robb. They are very professional, as you would expect from a large organisation. They dealt with us kindly and compassionately. Initially there was some confusion when I first reported the death. The information that I gave regarding Mrs Hepworth's demise wasn't conveyed accurately to Charles Robb. Everything else was pretty good. Amanda was easy to deal with. Peter was very patient and helpful. Thank you.

Mark's funeral was arranged very sympathetically and beautifully. I had time with Amanda at Charles Robb Funeral Services to discuss how we would plan the funeral arrangements , and then a home visit from Midge, the celebrant, to discuss the finer details of the service in the chapel. The day was a sad day but we left feeling we had time to say our goodbyes.
