Couldn't fault the service from start to finish. The team were efficient and attentive in equal measure and were very respectful to our needs and circumstances. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

The service we had from C Taylor was excellent.The staff there were very helpful and friendly. The only upset we had was we only got one day with Francis in the chapel of rest and not the three. Which we found very upsetting and distressing has we can never get that time back. Also friends who had traveled to see her could not. Also we should have got the ashes on Thursday but then got changed to Friday then effectively they were ready on the Monday. So now we are looking at an extra expense as now my daughter will have to travel back from wales to pick her mothers ashes up.

The staff at C Taylors were so kind and helpful with me at a time when I was lost and sad. They made the arrangement so easy for me explaining everything I needed to know. C Taylors have been the funeral directors that we used 16 years ago for my baby daughters funeral and they didn't disappoint then. So when my Mum passed away at the end of July 2022 we knew my Mum would've wanted us to go to them too. Laura, Suzy, Andy and David were amazing. Nothing was too much to ask and they made sure our Mum was taken care of too. My Mum's funeral was beautiful and it wouldn't have been without the 4 people mentioned. David even worn a rainbow striped tie for the day as my Mum had requested bright colours on her day. I cannot thank the team enough for how you have been with everything. Every little detail was perfect. When my Mum was there in the Chapel of rest, Andy and David knocked on the door first before entering and we heard them talking to our Mum, that was such a lovely touch and 1 my sister and I will never forget. Thank you so much!
