Service prior to the funeral give was excellent the day of the. Funeral did not go as smoothly 
When  going on to Hyde Road turned right where should not have turned therefore cars  following the hearse had to turn the correct way and lost the funeral cars 
The funeral cars seemed to travel faster than thought would  when at the cemetery I would have thought my mum would have been lowered carefully but was dropped in to the grave  we were not told what would happen when at the graveside and everyone was just stood around 
When dropped at where was having something to eat was left on the main road not in the car park where everyone was waiting and had to walk around instead 
Overall a very average  service given on the day of the funeral not what was expected

At C Taylor (Gorton), they will assist you every step of the way in a very professional, caring and intimate manner.
Our family has had four funerals in the past nine years and C Taylor has performed the funerals for each one. Many thanks to David,Laura, Sam and Joanne. Also a thank you to Mia our celebrant on all four funerals.

Without the exceptional service received from Nicole we would not have been able to organise my brother's funeral. She was very professional and guided us through the whole process. She was on hand to answer any questions we had. Also David and his team of drivers who were very caring and considerate on the day of the funeral. As a family we can't thank them enough.Would definitely recommend Taylor's and the team to anyone.

We cannot thank the staff enough for how they dealt with the funeral from start to finish. The one thing I was disappointed with and it’s the coop as a whole not the staff at Taylor’s is the policy for not carrying the deceased into the crematorium my son was so upset as he wanted to do this for his Nanna and it is only the coop that operate this policy the fact she had a pre paid plan prevented us from using a different funeral directors.

Taylor’s we’re amazing every step of the way , me and my husband have used their services a number of times now - very professional throughout.The celebrants Stephanie they provided for us was just the approach we needed for our mum and we had many lovely compliments from family members about how the service was delivered it was bright in the crematorium, peaceful and very calm
