We couldnt believe we was sitting in your living room planning our Mam funeral she was so young and it was just to soon. But with your help and compassion, We was able to plan our mams funeral.

You made our mam look so beautiful, comfortable and so peaceful and for this we can not thank you enough.

The service you provided was 5* plus, if anybody is unfortunate to lose somebody please dont hesitate give Paul Williams a call, you wont get a better service anywhere else.

Planning a funeral is the most trying time of someone’s life , so many questions so many decisions , my step mother who we lost had requested Paul as she had been to some of his funerals . I was blown away by his professionalism and utter respect both by himself and his sister Helen . Every detail was sorted , they sent us flowers which I thought was a beautiful touch . On the day of the funeral they were amazing I’ve never seen such respect and grace it made the day a little easier , thank you to you both and all your colleagues. I willl be highly recommending your company.

Paul and his staff conducted themselves with dignity and professionalism through the whole process of my wife's funeral. I cannot speak highly enough of the way they communicated with us as a family, ensuring that all our needs were met.

Very personal, caring, sensitive and professional. The funeral for my husband was perfect and every detail managed with the greatest compassion. My daughters were able add special touches and nothing was too much to ask for.
The mass booklet was made available in Braille for my husband's friends from the Bury Tandem Club for the Visually Impaired, the flowers arranged with produce from his allotment, the funeral possession was caring and respectful, the music we requested was made available with organist and solo singer, the catering and venue was outstanding. I would like to thank Paul and Helen so much for their support during this difficult time.

I was so overwhelmed and Paul helped me make the right choices and was very compassionate. The last few weeks have been an extremely sad time for our family, since we lost Shirley at the end of February.

Paul Williams funeral directors were fantastic, and they helped us through this very difficult time.

Paul and Helen were completely professional, and at the same time respectful, supportive and compassionate. They sorted absolutely everything for us, and gave help and offered suggestions when needed. Losing someone you love is the worst thing that can happen, and is a stressful time for all concerned. I cannot recommend Paul Williams Funeral Directors enough for everything they did

When we had to say goodbye to Shirley on 5th March, everything was perfect for her.
