The first time I telephoned Co-op Funeralcare after my Mum's passing I could barely get my words out to the understanding gentleman on the other end if the line. He slowly explained everything to me and put me in touch with Clair at the Holcombe Brook office. From the moment I met Clair I felt she understood everything that I wanted and that she was the perfect person to look after my Mum and put all the arrangements in place. She gently took us through all the processes, picked the perfect Celebrant and ensured that everything was just as I wanted. Clair was gentle, kind and caring and knew when a little humour would be appreciated. Rhiann who accompanied the hearse was very approachable and understanding and explained every step of the funeral process on the day. Thank you Co-op Funeralcare for taking such good care of my Mum.

We as a family had a very poor service due to staff not doing their job correctly. It was very poorly managed from the office, administration side of things and very upsetting. The service was was conducted beautifully though.

Linda conducted perfectly. She was so lovely and explained everything to my nan so gently on the day. Special thanks to Tracy Fox and Clair for arranging everything too. Tracy gave exceptional service even staying late so I could attend a chapel visit. Order of service was perfect and Lisa Bancks was the perfect fit as a celebrant. Thanks to Kath and Cliff as drivers on the day.

The entire proceedings were handled in an efficient, patient and explainatory manner by the Funeral Director (Clair).
On the day of the funeral, the limosine arrived on time with Joanna(Funeral Director) providing helpful and most impressive escorting.
