After our initial meeting with Shannon, who introduced us to a Sue at Radcliffe I can’t thank you enough for all the help you gave us. The service we received from start to finish was fantastic and I can’t thank you enough . You also introduced us to Diane who conducted the service ,again we could have wished for a nicer lady to help us through this difficult time she also was brilliant.

Sue was absolutely amazing. Every request we had she fulfilled. Sue was very professional, and her persona was very calming. We were kept up to date with all aspects of arranging Mum's funeral. Don't know what we would have done without her.

Everything was handled with the greatest of care and compassion from the very first contact. We unfortunately had some issues within the family and certain things our loved one had made clear before she passed. These were passed to the ladies, Linda and Sue, who looked after us and were handled sensitively and with the greatest of respect. They day of the funeral was absolutely perfect and was exactly how we wanted it to be and Mum would have been pleased with how it all went. We can't thank you enough for what you have done for us. You all made things so much easier and took some of the stresses away. You are a credit and asset to your job and to the Co-op itself. They are very lucky to have you.

Joanna and Sue at the Radcliffe funeral care branch went above and beyond to ensure my son Kai’s funeral arrangements were dealt with the upmost compassion and professionalism. They ensured that what was a very difficult process for us was handled with great dignity and respect. I will forever thank them for their wonderful support at this tragic time and would highly recommend their personal service to others.

All the staff we dealt with were amazing and helped us through such a difficult time. Jamie in particular was a huge help and support to us and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as it could be.
