Outstandingly good service from everyone I met. The fact that the priest who was to carry out the service contracted COVID in the early hours of the morning of the service was handled with supreme aplomb by Victoria. In turn this was testament to the professionalism of the entire organisation. 
I felt that delivering my wife’s eulogy was taxing enough for me. But carrying out this potentially nerve shattering task has to be applauded.

Brilliant experience with your Company from walking through the door after our Mum's death until dropping us off after the funeral.

At this devastating time , we were treated with great respect & felt very well cared for . All members of staff we came across were friendly & helpful at all times . The celebrant selected by Shaws, Ruth McLoughlin did a fantastic job on the day . We couldn’t have asked for more .

We only required a direct cremation for an estranged family member with no funeral plan and so cost was the primary variable in our decision to use Shaws. Whilst being competitive on this, they were also reasonably efficient and professional with only a few signed pages needing to be emailed over.

Your calm and patient help at a very stressful time was invaluable. Thankyou for enabling me to arrange the funeral service that I wanted. Also for sorting the words to the hymn. The service was excellent and went without a hitch.
However, having waited a week for the coroner's report, I found it very stressful waiting in limbo after being told not to rush. So overall, the service you provided was almost excellent.
