I recently had to plan my sisters funeral. This was a challenge for me because I had never planned a funeral before. Once the details had been established on the funeral plan, my contact with a Shaw Funeral care representative was made. Victoria was wonderful to deal with and very patient. I was planning this all from Canada, so any contact or replies had an 8hr time difference which some times made phone calls a challenge working within GMT business hours. Every thing went like clockwork, we had an earlier than expected funeral date, and working with the Celebrant for the service couldn't have been a pleasanter experience. His professional approach and wonderful disposition made for a beautiful service.
I had to live stream the service to view. This has worked well since the video was edited and permanently posted. However the pixelated quality of the images from the fixed
camera location were of a poor quality transmission. I believe this was was more a concern for the crematorium, but it never the less was the only negative I have concerning service. Shaw's interaction with mourners inquiry were wonderful.

We were thoroughly looked after by Victoria and her team. Mum had been in to prepare for her funeral and they remembered her which was lovely. From the moment mum passed and we were in contact with Shaws they looked after us even after the funeral. They were available for questions, support and guidance. I would recommend them to everyone. They followed mums wishes and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way at such a difficult time. Thank you for making the process easier to deal and understanding us as a family.
