Excellent and sensitive personal service. Nothing was too much trouble for Deighans. They went above and beyond to support the family and I would highly recommend anyone to use Deighans services.

All staff from deighans especially ian was absolutely brilliant from day 1. Ian came to my mothers house where he explained the process on what goes on to look after my dad and they looked after him very well! Not pushy for payment. Many phone calls to see if everything’s ok and to reassure us on there side everything was in order. Funeral went without a hitch and if there was we didn’t see any!

At a time when you feel very sad, upset and don't know which way to turn,you meet these kind genuine people, and yes they provide a service but they go over and above what's expected, you feel their kindness and support outside of their normal duties you feel this as soon as you walk through the door.

Caring, compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. The kind of personal service you only get from a smaller, independent provider, where the owners are directly involved with the business and the staff are close to them.

An excellent service, all staff are friendly, helpfull and sympathetic. They treat both yourself and the deceased with dignity.
They provide a comprehensive service and nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend them.

I would like to thank the staff at Deighan's Funeral Parlour for their help and support to me when arranging my mother's funeral recently. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept informed every step of the way of what was happening during the arrangements.

Deighans funeral parlour did my dad Ernie very proud. From the very beginning to the end. Both Shirley and Ian were fantastic. From helping with the reading to the music choice they both were there,even Ken helped out. I found that everybody seemed like family. 10/10.

Our contact has been very long distance but it hasn't felt like that. Being in New Zealand has only meant a short delay in replying to emails or late night telephone calls. Ian has been very good to deal with, giving clear communication, a respectful service and prepared to do what he can to fit in with our wishes. I can't thank him enough, because he has made a difficult time for my dear friends a lot easier.

I'm sure mum will be thanking you in person however on behalf of the whole family we'd like to thank you for everything you did for us as a family and for Dad. He was looked after as were we. The funeral process was difficult and emotional to do but Ian organised everything we asked for and with brilliant communication. Would highly recommended should anyone be unfortunate to lose a loved one as we did. Xxx

Cannot fault the service we received from Dieghans funerals
Made a very difficult time easier.
The service itself was so personal thanks to Ian, who spent time listening to my brother, sister and myself regaling stories about my mum

Ian and his team were truly amazing. They were so professional and helped my mum through this very sad time. The personal touches they provided were outstanding. We are so glad we chose Deighans to provide the funeral services for mum. We wanted something a little different for her and from the moment we were welcomed into the parlour by Ian and Shirley, we just knew that they were the ones that could provide this for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team came up with some great  ways for fulfilling our ideas. It seems a bit corny to say that they went the extra mile but they really did. We also like to support independent companies. Many people opt for a funeral director that the family have used in the past but if you are looking at reviews you are probably open to change and all we can say is, pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed in the service that is provided.
