The staff were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. 
Michelle the funeral director on the day was amazing and she ensured that all our needs were met on the day and she was very professional and ‘walked’ us through the whole service. Michelle made sure that we were knew what to expect and constantly asked if we were ok. The celebrate Mia had never met us due to time constraints and she took the details over the telephone. Mia gave a wonderful service and was very matriculate with the details that we had provided her with. I would like to thank all the staff for all their support and they are an asset to the Coop

Helen at Co-op Alty was brilliant throughout. Colin introduced himself by phone the day before the funeral but on the day I ended up asking 3 men if they were Colin! Perhaps a contact even a photo would have helped. Although he & his team were really good on the day.

Could not have managed without Co-Op Funeralcare, Altrincham. 
Their guidance, knowledge and personal care for, not only dad, but for us as a family, was fantastic.
Helen, the funeral arranger, went above and beyond, to ensure dad had the send off he deserved and my family and I couldn’t thank her enough for all of her support.  On the day of the funeral I knew we were all in excellent hands. The service itself  was dignified and  handled in such a manner that, we as a family, were able to mourn dad. 
Dad would have been proud.  Thank you so much.
