I was happy with the service provided. However having to correspond with three different people from start to finish was sometimes frustrating but I understand this may have been a consequence of staff having to take their annual leave. Not sure how you can get around that situation.

We found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional, many thanks to Helen, Georgina and Fran. Everything went very well on the day of the funeral, it was a difficult day for family and friends but the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you for taking care of Alan and us. We would definitely use your services again.

Excellent and caring service all round. Helen went above and beyond to ensure time deadlines were met. extremely proffessional in fact myself and my partner and myelf will look into procuring funeral plans if and when Helen is liscensed to do so. Really excellent service cannot recommend highly enough.

I chose the coop as I knew it would be the right choice . We  have had a great experience from start  to finish for dads funeral.  Everything was perfect 
From Helen at the coop arranging everything, her empathy is her forte & to the funeral directors at the Sevice they were very professional, and Mike Haygarth the Celebrant he was just amazing too

The arrangements were thorough and suitably respectful. All our requests were carried out and the service, order of service, flowers and music were nice and several of the mourners commented on how nice a service it was.

Helen at Altrincham co-op funeral care. Is very professional, she is very caring & understanding, she listened to our needs making us feel comfortable at a very difficult time. My mum is 91 and Helen went above and beyond her job description to look after my mums needs . As a family we are truly great full  to Helen and her colleagues for easing the strain at this difficult time.

The hole proses from when we phoned the co-op services when my husband died, to him being picked up to be taken to rest. To the nice lady Helen at the Funeral parlour to discuss the arrangements for the funeral, and the lovely  lady who accompanied the hurst. I can only say how wonderful all the arrangements they made for me and the family went so smoothly at the sad time for us.
