Everything went according to plan.He was very good instructing my sons how to be pall bearers and being very supportive with our family at a sad time.
Unfortunately we have had to use Ian twice in a short space of time and each time he was excellent.

You were both thoughtful and empathetic and managed to introduce humour appropriately into a sensitive situation. Ian and his wife made an awful situation far less stressfull than it could of been. They were both amazing and professional and nothing was too much trouble. They were both very caring and respected our wishes. I would highly recommend them.

Contacted a few companies. His was the most competitive price which is a good start but the whole matter was dealt very well indeed and he clearly extended himself in what he did and how he approached it.
