I was pleasantly surprised by how much time Ian and Denesha gave to me, Ian visiting my house twice followed by numerous phone calls and  e-mails to get precisely every small detail as we wanted it. They were also very constructive with their ideas to help us along the way.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to other prospective clients.

Ian was very professional, supportive and understanding throughout. He fully explained everything we needed to help us to make decisions and enable us to personalise the funeral. Everything was completed with a minimum amount of fuss and there was never any rush. He recommended a celebrant, Marie Pembridge, she was also excellent and very caring. There were many positive comments about the service. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ian, Denesha and their team.

This is the second time we've used Ian in just a few months, but this time to look after my Mum. Even though it was out of Ian's area, we trusted Ian to arrange things for a funeral 70 miles away, which he did with the same professionalism and compassion as he did for us before with a local funeral. He facilitated our needs and Mum's wishes with sound advice and unobtrusive support and made sure that everything was perfect.

Ian George and his wife Denesha listened to my thoughts and requests on how I would like my late Mother's funeral service to be carried out, showing kindness and understanding. Offering professional advice in a relaxed manner, no rush, when deciding on the finer details like the Order of Service, which my family and I truly appreciated, (I had requested a number of photographs & poems) which was a lovely tribute to my Mum.

I requested Ian himself to take the Service, he read the tribute for my Mother with much warmth, thoughtfulness and above all with a smile, which was perfect for my loving Mum who had had, a sense of humour.

I am very pleased to have chosen a family run funeral service, who carried out their very important role in looking after their clients, so admirably, thank you.

Both Ian and Denisha were excellent. They were very professional and supportive at a very difficult time, nothing was too much trouble for them. On they day of the funeral, again, Ian was excellent, he made sure everything ran smoothly.

Ian was absolutely first class, providing a professional and respectful service that allowed us to say goodbye to Mum with a celebration of her life rather than just grief at her death. Ian and Denesha have managed to keep the best of tradition but include the best of technology to prepare and run the funeral.

We interviewed a few funeral directors before deciding who we would use to make saying goodbye special. Ian George was by far the clearest and most sensitive in presenting his service. Nothing was rushed and we never felt under pressure to make decisions too quickly. He presented various options but if we preferred anything different he did his best to facilitate that.

Mum was always very particular about how she looked, and Ian dressed her, did her make-up and hair to ensure that she looked as she would have wanted when people visited her at his chapel of rest.

And, although few people like mentioning this, he gave the best value - for example, the limosines we at our disposal for the funeral, wake and committal, with no additional charges. Ian and Denesha always returned calls and emails very quickly, no matter what the time of day or evening.

Thank you Ian and Denesha, Mum had a really good send off with all the friends and relatives (80 of them) agreeing.

Ian and Danesha have helped me to arrange two funerals over the past year. They're excellent. Kind, respectful and caring. I knew I was in good hands at an extremely sad and difficult time. Ian led the services and both were very lovely, appropriate and what my family members wanted. It's important to have someone who is both knowledgeable experienced who can help guide you step by step through the processes. Would recommend them to anyone who has the unfortunate need to organize a funeral for their loved one.
