Service given by Carol, Mark and everyone involved was first class throughout the process. Never having dealt with anything like this before they took me through everything with professionalism and empathy. 

They took care of all the “heavy lifting” and ensured that everything went smoothly on the day.

Carol looked after me from the moment I walked in to book a funeral for my late wife Audrey. She was a great help to me and dealt with everything, such a professional service. On the day of the funeral the whole team were second to none and talked us through everything on the day. They're professionalism made the day so much easier for me and my family. Thanks Coop. From the first phone call the Co—op were absolutely fantastic in dealing with my mother’s passing and took control of all our needs at that time. 
Carol at Thornliebank knew exactly what our needs were and helped and guided us through the process of putting my mother to rest. Nothing was too much trouble. Out funeral director Mark was equally efficient and understanding in helping put mum to rest

I cannot fault the service we received from beginning to end. Mark talked us through everything step by step, kept us informed of everything and nothing was ever a problem. The coffin and flowers exceeded our expectations too and on the day of the funeral Mark and his team were amazing. Thank you all very much.
