We dealt with Ross at the Blantyre branch, and found him very sympathetic and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he was in contact with us throughout to make sure we knew what was happening and if we had any questions. On the day of the funeral he was very respectful and ensured everything went well without a problem. My mum would have approved, her wishes were carried out as she had wanted.

I found Julie O'Hare, who guided me through this challenging and emotive process, to be highly knowledgable, experienced and, of equal importance, kind, thoughtful and able to assist me with great empathy, understanding and patience.I was reassured at all stages of this process that my mother was being cared for with great dignity and respect. Julie understood the necessity for accessibility options for us as a family and ensured that these were both available and secured in a timely manner. The men who escorted my mother on the day of her funeral showed great respect and professionalism. I was kept informed at all times and guided through difficult choices.

Everything regarding my aunt's funeral was first class and handled extremely professionally and efficiently by co-op funeral care Blantyre. From my initial appointment with Ross, who I have to say was excellent and extremely helpful with all the arrangements, to Julie who dealt with the payment of the account, I couldn't have asked for anything better and I know my aunt would've approved.
