Mark and the rest of the team were very supportive from my first contact though to following up after the funeral. There were a few issues with the Catholic priest not receiving emails to review the order of service but mark persevered to get agreement in time. Would have been nice to have the flowers on the coffin in the church rather than leave them in the hearse.

Mark Lindsay who looked after us on the day is also worthy of a special mention as he treated us with respect and professionalism which was a great comfort to us

Norah was particularly helpful and guided us through the process excellently. 
Kevin made sure things ran smoothly on the day and made a very kind and thoughtful gesture in presenting us with a rose each from our Mum’s flowers.
