Wonderful customer service at the Shawlands branch from beginning to end.  Norah, who dealt with the arrangements for the funeral, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful, as were the rest of the staff we met.  
I would thoroughly recommend their services and can’t praise them highly enough.

Mark and Norah from the Co op Shawlands branch were fabulous. They managed every little detail to make our mum's funeral personal to her. They also support us as a family. The care team and chauffeur staff were very professional.

Professional, efficient, respectful, helpful and personable. I have never had to arrange a funeral before but Mark and Norah guided me through the process and made it as painless as possible at a very difficult time, for which I am very grateful.
