    Excellent service from undertakers to Lorraine and Robert who were very caring. All staff were friendly and kept us up to date by phone about all funeral arrangements, viewing arrangements. Etc. Thank you.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Lorrain has been a very friendly and helpful voice when we have been trying to deal with a very distressing situation. She has helped and guided me through the process which would have been so difficult for me otherwise. My wife and I would like to thank Lorrain for being so understanding and helpful. I will be contacting Lorrain myself to thank her.

    She is a credit to the Co op and this should be recognised. I would recommend the Co op funeral services to anybody.

    Everything was very sensitivly and competently handled for my elderly mother's funeral by the Co-op in Govan. This wasn't the closest Co-op funeral care office to us, but circumstances sent us to Govan. Everything turned out exactly as we wished, so, in the end, I'm glad the Govan branch handled the arrangements.
