Sadly for the second time in 3 months we have been looked after by Kevin and the Giffnock team in saying goodbye to our dad and youngest sister.  Both funerals were different but Kevin was always there to advise and take the burden off the family as much as possible.  Nothing was too much trouble, even going as far as arranging granddaughter, who had come 500 miles, to see the body on a Bank Holiday - that was very important to her.
No hesitation in recommending Kevin and team when the time comes.

Pamela was caring yet professional and arranging the funeral was very straightforward with her help.
During the funeral we were guided by Mark and appreciated his calm and reassuring manner.
Kevin and Cheska were helpful and efficient during phone calls and email conversations.
Our questions were answered in the lead up to the funeral and we were happy that the funeral itself went just as we had hoped it would.

It’s always difficult and emotional when you lose someone close, so I cannot thank Pamela and her team enough for their assistance and care.
 My mum was treated with dignity and respect in the final stage of her family saying goodbye. As a family we felt supported by the Team, guided and nothing was rushed.
