Very sympathetically received. The staff were excellent with regards to procedures required ie completing forms etc. On day of funeral , cars were immaculately turned out and staff very helpful at crematorium. In all everything went without a hitch for which I am very grateful.

I used the co op funeral services in Giffnock to arrange a direct cremation for my uncle. From the initial call late one Saturday evening to the picking up of his ashes I was treated with dignity and respect by all staff. Particular mention to Pamela based in Giffnock. My wife and I were always of the opinion that when meeting/greeting for the first time any person representing a Company that they either make it or lose it for the Company before you even get started.

I was first met by Pauline who throughout our subsequent time and dealings with her proved to be a genuinely well mannered, polite, but thoughtful and understanding person in what was a very distressing time for my family. When shortly afterwards I met Kevin for the first time I found him to be extremely polite with a nicely balanced manner most appreciated by me.

At all times proceedings were carried out with professionalism, mindfulness and dignity for which I thank them.

Both Pauline and Kevin proved to be excellent ambassadors for the Cooperative Company name, and I felt very fortunate they were there to assist my family during this most sensitive of times.

They were kind, helpful, considerate, efficient and very knowledgeable. I would particularly praise Pamela, Kevin and Jonathan who guided me every step of the way. A five star service that provided a wonderful send off for my friend.

From learning of mum’s passing to the cremation Kevin sympathetically led us through things with empathy and compassion.
I knew it would be this way as Kevin had also attended to our needs four years earlier when my father died.
There was great comfort in his expertise.

Very happy. Everything was made easy and the staff member was caring(Pamela)  in the planning. 
On the day, the driver of the hearse was very calming as we had to wait and the funeral director made everything go smoothly. Very satisfied as all our needs were met.

Pamela in the office was excellent. Everythjng was clarified in advance and the funeral went perfectly on the day. We even had a call on the afternoon before (a Sunday) from the funeral director who would be looking after us on the day, to introduce himself and check all details. I would hightly recommend the service provided by Co-op Funeralcare.
