Pamela was a great support to me when planning my Mum's funeral, both as my Mum was initially switched to end of life care and then when my Mum sadly passed away. I found Pamela very responsive and accommodating, and I felt supported during what was a difficult time for my family and I. The Funeral Director, Mark, on the day was reassuring and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Co-Op Funeral Care. Thanks again.

Wonderful support before, during and after. In addition to the whole thing being seamless and everyone so kind and personable, they also did many practical things to help. They guided us on which bank was the most user friendly to deal with when getting funeral expenses paid out our loved one’s account. They booked the purvey and liaised with he hotel. They were brilliant.

We were very happy with the service provided and the advice provided during the planning.  Only issue was we had asked for a collection at the end of the service for a charity but they forgot to provide collection plate.

Excellent service. We were treated with great kindness, Pamela was amazing and could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Communication was fantastic and all went so smoothly and professionally on the day. Kevin and the other staff who were there with us on the day of the funeral were fantastic.

Given the fact one only gets in touch with a funeral director at a stressful time, Co op were wonderful. My 97 year mother’s funeral was handled with care, compassion and sensitivity. They could not have done more to make the family comfortable with all the processes. We shall be forever grateful to them for make this is a wonderful experience leaving the whole family at peace. The support from Pamela and Hugh was very reassuring.

Arranging a funeral is never easy but Coop Giffnock really took the pressure off and dealt with everything in a very professional manner. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. A very patient and caring service much appreciated by the family.
