The help and support from all of the staff at Cardonald (TCF) was just amazing and made a difficult process as easy as it could be. They even helped us book a hotel for tea and coffee afterwards. The flowers, Order of Service and bookmarks we ordered turned out exactly as we imagined and were simply just perfect. The funeral itself went very smoothly and we have no difficulty in recommending their services.

Very average experience on  the day of our appointment,  the lady who took the meeting seemed not really interested, she did not introduce herself on our arrival but did when we were sitting down
Was not impressed by the prize , as my mother in law passed away as a result of covid , it was made clear there would be no preparing her body etc , no clothes of her own , we understand that , I do feel this was not reflected in the price , on the day the pall bearers were lovely, I arrived back at Cardonald to collect my mothers in laws Ashes, again the arranger who took the original meeting was there but did not ask if everything went well on the day, however another young lady did , but  I would expect that from the person who took the meeting originally, but she was not interested, I personally feel some of the staff should be more empathetic.

From the out set and first visit I was trewated like I was buying a sofa, no warmth, no compassion.No soft lighting or music in viewing room, they told me it took 8 men to move my mum and that they couldn't get her through the door, no compassion at all. The make up was terrible and mum still had the marks from the atempt at reviving her, worst make up I have ever seen. Overall not happy at all

Hearse took off on the motorway.  I was doing 70mph and couldn’t keep up.   Disgraceful.   

I missed the start of my dad’s funeral because of this.
