I found the service I received from the staff very helpful and knowledgeable,they were courteous ,and my brother was cremated as was his instructions,just waiting to receive his remains ,and place his ashes where he requested.

From the beginning of the process to the actual day all the staff were truly professional courteous and friendly. Sad as it may initially seem there are a few of us who will be happy to engage the teams services in future planning due to the level of service received.

Nothing was too much trouble. All of my expectations were met and on the day itself the limo was exactly on time.

Liz and Elaine at the Coop in Cardonald were amazing. They guided us through every step of the way with compassion. The service came together and was as we wished. The photo option in the crematorium was very comforting and completed the celebration of my mums life. Tam the funeral director, reassured us on the day and kept us calm and everything running smoothly. We would definitely recommend the Coop.

Liz was compassionate dealing with us but also very efficient and clear about process. 
Tam was excellent on the day of the funeral.
I can’t recall name but other staff member in office was pleasant when we were in office and on phone.
All staff at Cardonald should be commended for their caring and professional service.
