Very happy with the service from the Funeral directors. Elaine was very respectful aswell as being easy to talk to. Even with my strange requests nothing was frowned upon! The day of the funeral went well and I felt supported and guided throughout the day by Tam and his team.  Definitely would recommend.

    Cannot emphasise how professional the team are. Helping to guide us through one of the most difficult moments of our lives with patience and compassion.  Pauline kept in touch throughout the process and Tam personalised the escort to identify places of significance and was so respectful which was reassuring.

    Was disappointed with some aspects of the service provided, for example, there was a change of staff mid way through and this affected the communication flow.  However the service provided on the day of the funeral was satisfactory

    I am happy with the services provided by Coop Cardonald Funeralcare. The only reason I am not giving an excellent review is due to an error made on the amount of the order of service. This was however rectified but caused a bit of stress prior to the funeral.
