I would like to say a big thank you to Bernadette for making my Husband & I feel so at ease when arranging the funeral of my Mum. She showed sensitivity, kindness & also very professional. Also a big thank you to the Undertakers on the day of my Mums funeral. They should compassion, kindness & sensitivity.

From the first phonecall we were treated with empathy, compassion and felt reassured. The level of service was excellent and staff treated us with the upmost respect with every contact and guided us gracefully through the process with complete professionalism. All members of staff(but especially Mark- whom I first spoke too at the most difficult time) are in the right job and are an amazing credit to the company.

The staff at the local funeral care were excellent.  They are definitely all in the right jobs.  They handled everything with care and attention m, every step of the way.   I would recommend and have to friends

We have used this company for many years. They always provide a fantastic service, their staff are brilliant so caring and compassionate and Berndatte is such a kind and helpful person she takes care of everything so the family doesn't have too. Feels strange to say I'd recommend them giving the nature of what they do but I definitely would they make every effort to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Cannot thank Bernadette enough for the compassionate and professional service provided when planning my wife's funeral. She listened to what the family were wanting and guided us throughout the whole process. Everything on the day was perfect. Would recommend their services to anybody going through this difficult time.

The team were wonderful. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly.
Only didn't give more stars as they couldn't provide a car to follow that would allow a wheelchair user. (Allow Wheelchair and user like in a black taxi). Definitely a service to consider.

Being a very difficult time and shock to our family I would like to thank Bernie she was amazing and helped us with every aspect of my wife’s funeral along with Kevin and the lads on the day of the funeral

Bernie and the funeral directors were brilliant throughout the process of planning my mum’s funeral. They showed compassion and understanding and listened to what we wanted and allowed us the time with the arrangements. Bernie kept in touch and we felt able to contact her with any enquiries - everything on the day was beautiful, there was an external issue which Bernie and the team responded to and there was minimal disruption for me and the family. Extremely professional throughout, would recommend their services for anyone going through this very difficult time.

We dealt with Bernadette from the Battlefield branch. Who was very nice and compassionate. The whole service from the two guys that picked my wife up to the funeral guys that took us to the service and Mark who done a very nice tribute to Angela, everyone was very professional. Everyone commented on how nice things where. The co-op funeral service where excellent from start to finish. When things are hard they are there to help. Thanks Bernadette and Team.
