Very friendly. The whole process isn't nice to go through, however it was made as pain and hassle free as could be.

When mum passed away suddenly we contacted Mitchells to arrange her funeral. It was a very emotional and distressing time for our family but Mitchells made the funeral process a lot less stressful for us.
We dealt with Irene and Liam who were extremely sympathetic, courteous and completely professional. All aspects of their services were clearly explained and costed competitively.  I have used other funeral directors in the past,  but as a small family firm, Mitchells seemed so much more attentive and personal.
They were always available to answer any questions we had,  and kept in touch to update us on the arrangements. I couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend.

I have been unlucky over the last few years to have lost a both Inlaws and my mum I was glad I picked Mitchells funeral service as Liam and Irene took care off everything and made the whole process comfortable and as a pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. hopefully i won't be needing to go back for a few years but if I do I would definitely use Mitchells funeral service again thanks again to Liam & Irene

We as a family can’t thank the staff at Mitchells Funeral Directors enough they were on call 24/7 to answer our questions and put us at ease when anything arises, they also went beyond by assisting us on obtaining information we needed to register my grans death even if we weren’t going to use them for actual funeral they did this out of kindness and it was something we were struggling to get from hospital.

As Josie’s granddaughter i will forever be grateful for there help and assistance as a very hard time and i can say this on behalf of the rest of my cousins and family we all appreciate the attention to detail that allowed us to lay my gran to rest thank you Liam and Irene for all you did for us.

All the staff at Mitchell’s were just amazing , lovely family who looked after my family so well.Alma the celebrant just got my dad to a tee and gave him a lovely send off.I could not have asked for better .Highly recommended.

From initial contact when they sad ‘don’t worry, we deal with everything’, to providing contact with a celebrant and following up after the service Mitchells were extremely easy to deal with and did everything according to our needs and expectations. Can’t praise them highly enough.
