Mitchells were knowledgeable helpful and supportive all the way through. They told us what was going to happen and it happened. The helped us through a difficult period with their knowledge and sympathy.

Mitchells' funeral directors provided a professional, personal, and caring service from start to finish for my beloved mum's funeral last Friday the 15th of March.

From the moment my mum was sadly diagnosed with pancreatic cancer she wanted to arrange her funeral to make it less of a heartache for us. After much research she chose Mitchells and they were professional and sensitive from then on to her actual passing and then funeral.

Liam came to my parent's home after my mum's passing and he put our minds at ease with everything. We can not thank him, Irene, Jemma, and the driver on the day enough as they made a hard day easier.

We can not recommend this family-run business enough, the final send-off was fantastic and Mitchells were a huge part of that.

Thanks again guys and best of luck with your business. more

if i could give more stars I would I really cannot recommend Mitchells enough the personal and professional service they carried out on behalf of my wee Mum was beyond amazing their care and compassion respect and dignity in helping my mum and my family was remarkable. The attention to detail and the little things like walking in front of hearse as a mark of respect and bowing to mum was really humbling and caring. At a difficult time Mitchell’s were thoroughly professional throughout. 
Always there to help and assist. 
In short they never put a foot wrong and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to other bereaved. 
Excellent communication which is essential also.

After the death of my son Scott,  a friend recommended Liam and his family run business to take care of the funeral and I can’t thank her enough for doing so. From the minute I spoke to Liam I knew we were in good hands, he was kind, patient and very respectful. He explained all that had to be done officially and then did it for us, listened to what we as a family wanted for Scott and made it possible. We can’t thank Liam and family enough for all they have done for Scott and his family, I would have no hesitation in recommending Mitchells Funeral Directors.

I cannot praise Mitchell’s highly enough following my mums recent bereavement. From the very first point of contact and all the way through, Their care, compassion and professionalism was a step beyond what we expected. Having never arranged a funeral before, they broke down the arrangements and took the pressure off me and my family at such a difficult time. Was informed about very detail each step of the way, from the florist to the celebrant everything was perfect and the funeral went as my mum would have wanted it to, I can’t thank Liam and Irene and the staff at Mitchell’s enough, will certainly use again, but hopefully not too soon.

I cannot recommend Mitchell's highly enough. All of the family were fantastic during our time of loss. Their choice of celebrant was excellent and they did us proud every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough

 Both my husband and l cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Mitchells Funeral Directors. Liam took care of everything and was outstanding in the week leading up to my mother in laws funeral, nothing was too much trouble, he was available 24/7 and the service we received was flawless. My husband and l will always be indebted to Liam, Irene and Mike for the service provided.

Honestly as a family dont think we could have picked a more perfect place/people to deal with my wifes funeral.
Even with last minute changes, nothing was a problem, always at the end of the phone if/when needed.

Thank you so much to Liam and Irene for everything. It really was as special as she was.

I would highly recommend Mitchell’s funeral directors. Liam and his mum Irene are the just lovely people, so kind and understanding. On mums funeral, everything was flawless. It was just the way I was expecting it. Everything was including in the complete package for an excellent price compared to other companies.

As an only one I had the task of arranging my dad’s funeral I didn’t know where to start…..then the truly lovely Mitchells took care of everything. Irene and Liam couldn’t do enough for my mum and I, and Mary Martin our celebrant was exceptional too. I highly recommend them I can’t thank enough 🙏❤️

Mitchells have been nothing short of excellent from the moment we walked through their door to the moment they dropped us at the hotel.
Liam especially has been so incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. He made our experience far more bearable and he explained everything clearly. He was patient and very accommodating. Both Irene and Gemma have also been a great help throughout this whole process.
