Only one hiccup on the day - AFTER the service had finished & everyone had hurriedly left for the Crematorium- I was informed by one of the staff that the Crematorium was running half an hour late. I felt if this information was available BEFORE the Chapel service had finished that it could have been announced by the priest/minister to the congregation. Alot of elderly people attended the funeral & this would have allowed them to stop for a toilet break en route. One person(on sticks) had to go in the graveyard & felt this could have been avoided had the information been given at the service.

My family and I were so impressed with the way our Mum’s funeral was handled. Chris our funeral director guided us through the process with great empathy and professionalism every detail followed with kindness and understanding. The entire funeral was handled with great dignity and respect. Our sincere thanks to Chris, Heather and Hayley and all their colleagues at the Co op Funeralcare.

Was very overwhelmed thinking about where to start with funeral until I had an appointment where all the stress and worry was taken off my shoulders and I was guided through the process and it was organised for me, delighted with day when it happened.

Chris and Haley were fantastic setting up the whole funeral arrangements , from start to finish . Very professional approach to making a very difficult time as easy and smooth as possible . The team - especially Hayley - made the whole process pretty painless! Really made us feel relaxed and confident that the day would go well, the whole team were really polite and made sure we knew we could contact them if we had any questions/concerns.
