I could not fault the service provided by Springburn Funeralcare. As one who has never had to organise a funeral, Hayley was both patient and understanding, and arranged everything as I requested. A courtesy call from Derek the funeral director, the day before, put my mind at ease and he continued to do so at the Church through to the departure from the crematorium. I felt I was in safe and very professional hands throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending their use.

Heather was lovely, so caring and compassionate while we were making all arrangements.
On the day everything went perfect and all staff were excellent. And the viewing day was the same. 
Can’t fault anything.

From start to finish we were very happy with the service provided by all staff.  At the  initial meeting we were made very welcome and put at ease and this excellent service continued throughout the planning of mums funeral, mums journey to the Crematorium and of course the service.  On behalf of myself and my family we offer a big thank you to all staff based at Springburn Funeralcare.
