Thank you to Cheska and Lauren for all your help and support over this sad time. You made the arrangements very easy which ultimately removed high stress levels for myself and sister, who had never arranged a funeral before.

Thank you again, and I would definitely, without any doubt recommend you for your knowledge and professionalism. The funeral went by without any unexpected hitches. Thank you again.

My initial experience at Springburn wasn’t good. I had concerns that the staff member Heather looking after my fathers funeral arrangements didn’t seem to be as focused as much as I would expect or like. Basic issues such as poor eye contact when discussing important and emotional tasks and, allowing a trainee colleague to have, and read from a laptop during our first ( and what turned out to be our only face to face meeting) to not calling me when promised. Due to circumstances my fathers burial was a few weeks ahead and in the meantime another staff member Chris took over. Chris’s practice was professional as well as comforting from the start. As a family we were consulted and advised at every stage. Chris always appeared in control and reassured us as a family that our fathers funeral would go to plan which was exactly what happened. Very down to earth and approachable Chris instilled the confidence we were looking for. To add to this the team around Chris were always polite and respectful. Gemma who was our driver on the day was also great putting us at ease from the moment she came to collect us. The Collins family would like to thank Chris and his team for everything. They made a very sad occasion as stress free as possible of which we are extremely grateful.

Service at the crem was great  the coop people where amazing but for the spelling of Hughie  not Hughy as order of service also MacDonald not macdonald as our name has a capital M and capital D as the coffin then was told didn’t need the deposit until a bank holiday at 4pm the day before the funeral that was almost as stressful as the passing of my dad the speaker used was excellent and Christopher who lead the funeral was amazing but all in all it was the most stressful day due to the deposit thing as when the funeral was booked we had it and offered it and it was rejected

Springburn funeral care were excellent , nothing was a problem , they were very professional , and gave my father a  very personal send off , from when my father passed  away to his funeral everyone involved were very helpful .

Very slow to keep us in the loop/return calls. Had to get the manager involved to speed up the process. Also no email as promised with extra advice/help. Very disappointed with customer service at such a sad time.

Exceptional and very professional support to the family. First funeral I had to arrange and so happy that Chris (funeral director) and Hayley were there to guide us.
